How it works

1. Forward after 5 rings. Your phone rings as normal. Can't get to it? On the 5th ring the call comes to us. You keep your number — Tom's just the next person in line.
2. Tom answers. He greets them with your business name, works out what they need, and captures the details — address, job, urgency.
3. You see it live — or later. Watch the transcript on your screen while he talks. Not free? Wait for the call to end and Tom sends you everything that was said and captured.

Getting the debrief — your choice

• Live transcript — watch the conversation in real time on your screen
• Voice note — Tom's own voice explaining how the call went
• WhatsApp or text — a clean written summary the moment the call ends
• Just ring Tom — phone him up and ask "who rang today?" He'll tell you

Setting Tom up — three ways

1. He learns from your website. Point him at it — services, prices, areas — he's ready before his first call.
2. Train him by talking. Ring Tom and tell him what's new — "we don't do flat roofs any more", "book callbacks after 10am". He remembers from the next call.
3. Or send it in writing. Email or text updates whenever you prefer — same result.

Everything Tom learns, he confirms back to you — you're never surprised by what he said.
